    This is a highly useful book for “old-school” marketing managers looking to update their personal skills or to train and supervise their “new-school” staff. As a small biz owner, I am finding this book to be an invaluable resources. Bottom line, content is key. Large companies have dedicated writing teams to monitor and constantly update websites, blogs, posts, and tweets. For small businesses, that task falls to the owner, the intern, or through the cracks.
